Texas Sage or Leucophyllum frutescens Pint Plant. This easy to care for, evergreen shrub has an upright growth habit and grows 6' in high with a spread of 5'. Its small leaves are light silver-gray to green and its blossoms are small pink to purple. It is excellent for hedge rows, borders, ornamentals and even containers. It requires full to part sun, and low water. Drought tolerant, deer resistant. Hummingbirds, bees and butterflies like this plant. Zones 9b and above. In cooler climates, grown as an annual or in containers on a sunny patio or balcony to be brought in to a sunny spot for the winter.
