Duranta repens, or erecta, Golden Dew Drop, Sky Flower, Pigeon Berry. This is a sprawling perennial shrub that shows off blue to lavender flowers throughout the summer, and is often used as an ornamental plant. The golden berries produced are attractive to bees, butterfiles and birds. The shrub is a very fast grower eventually reaching 6 to 8 feet tall and 6 feet wide. Hardiness zones 10-11, looses it leaves in winter in our zone 8b. Can be grown as an annual in cooler climates, and also container friendly. These are in 3.5-inch, deep pots.
***Please note that since we are into the fall season, these plants are going into DORMANCY here. They have already bloomed and seeded, and are now shedding their leaves for the winter. It may have a few leaves or none at all.
